Food is served in the same containers used for street vending. This typically includes paper trays or plasticware. Tables are not included. Alternatively you may provide your own plates and silverware to have vendors serve dishes on.

One hour round-trip travel time is included.

The food is prepped and readied just before service hours, but only one person can order at a time. Lines are expected and will move reasonably fast. Vendor staff are quick and entertaining, ensuring people while enjoy the food truck experience.

Food trucks may not park on public streets or alleys without a valid SDOT permit (one time use). An additional requirement is placing No Parking signs 72 hours ahead. Depending on location, there may be an additional cost to reflect these legal requirements.
